ReCenter Reiki Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with **Recenter Reiki** for any treatment, course, or retreat, either online, in writing, or verbally, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

**Payment**

We kindly ask that clients make payment via PayPal, Stripe, or cash, before your session if booking online. Please use your name as a reference for any online payments. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

**Cancellations and Rescheduling**

- **Appointments**: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment fee being charged. If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full fee will still apply.

- **Courses and Classes**: For any courses or retreats, cancellations or changes must be made at least one week in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full fee being charged.

- **Emergency Consideration**: At our discretion, we may waive charges for late cancellations or missed appointments in case of emergencies.

**Late or Early Arrival**

- If you arrive early, please wait for your scheduled appointment time, either in our physical waiting area or in the Zoom waiting room for online appointments.

- If you are late, we will do our best to provide the best service within the remaining time. However, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.

**Refusal of Service**

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment under the following circumstances:

- The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- The client exhibits inappropriate or offensive behavior.

- The client has a medical condition that contraindicates therapy (e.g., recent surgery, fever, etc.).

- In compliance with **COVID-19** protocols.

**Clients Under 16**

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide written consent for treatment. The guardian is also required to remain present throughout the session.

**Health and Medical Concerns**

The services offered by Recenter Reiki are complementary to medical treatments but not a substitute for proper medical diagnosis or care. We do not encourage clients to alter or discontinue any prescribed medical treatment without prior consultation with their GP or healthcare provider.

**Personal and Sensitive Information**
